Coverage is conducted using unobtrusive handheld or compact shoulder-mounted video rigs without additional lighting or flash.
Filming is typically solo. Additional operators are included only at an artist’s request, and all crew maintain the same low-profile approach.
Audio capture is self-contained unless a board feed is requested by the artist and made available by the venue. We do not patch into FOH systems without permission.
Coverage is limited to approved areas and short segments or select songs unless otherwise requested. We adhere to all venue house rules and prioritize the experience of paying patrons at all times. If at any point we obstruct sightlines, we reposition immediately.
Equipment consists of compact DSLR or mirrorless-style cinema cameras (no broadcast-scale cameras; no tripods in audience areas unless approved).
If coverage is not requested directly by the artist, footage is used strictly for editorial purposes.
If coverage is commissioned by the artist, raw media is delivered directly to the artist as agreed.
Coverage is generally conducted by a single operator.
If additional crew are present, they follow identical unobtrusive filming practices and are listed in advance during credential requests.
